The sterilisation cabinet generates ultraviolet rays (UV 254 nm), with recognised germicidal and bactericidal action.
UV rays transform oxygen into ozone, killing bacteria and ensuring decontamination of utensils and therefore perfect hygiene.
After cleaning the knives, place them in the support tray or use the magnetic bar and activate the adjustable timer from 0 to 2 hours (recommended duration: 1h30):
