For perfect sharpening, it is necessary to pass the entire length of the knife blade over the whole length of the sharpener at an angle of 30°.
It is important to alternately stroke the 2 sides of the knife on each side to obtain a burr as fine as possible.
Do not pass the blade on the same side several times.
