The Azzurra perforated pizza shovel is entirely in neutral anodized aluminum and blue aluminum handle. The pizza shovel is less heavy than the classic models but of great robustness with the oval tubular handle which increases stability. The light and flexible head offers the effectiveness of a spatula with ribs that guarantee maintenance. Anodization offers a homogeneous and antioxidation surface. Smooth and regular milling facilitates the outlet of the pizza. The head connection to the handle is formed by the superposition of the two elements fixed by three large aligned rivets which guarantee safety and stability, in addition to the absence of vibrations in the handle, which increases the comfort of use. The slit decreases the friction and evacuates the flour, to prevent it from sticking upwards of the pizza and burns.
